2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our delivery time is 2-5 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product and country.
As soon as we have shipped your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email.You can now track your shipment here.

1.WHAT MATERIAL ARE YOUR T-SHIRTS MADE OF?
All of our items are 100% fair and vegan made from organic cotton.
Printing is done in Germany using a 100% waterless process. We use water-based ink free of heavy metals and harmless dyes. The ink is 100% biodegradable.
Return
1. WHAT IS MY RETURN POLICY?
You have the right within 14 days of receiving the goods to return the items without giving reasons.
We only accept returns for new and unworn goods.
If your goods show a defect or an item is missing, this must be reported in advance. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.
If your right of return of 14 days has been exceeded and an extended right of return has not been confirmed by us beforehand, your return will be automatically sent back to you.
2. HOW CAN I RETURN ITEM?
After you have taken possession of the goods, you have 14 days to cancel your order. Returns are accepted as soon as you have sent us a return request by email. Please note that returns without prior notification by email cannot be accepted.
Please note that we cannot cover the return shipping costs. We ask that you pack the products securely so that no damage occurs during shipping.

3. CAN I RETURN MULTIPLE PACKAGES IN ONE PACKAGE?
You can also return different orders together in one package.
Please just make sure that all clothing is in the package and that all items are listed on the attached note.
4. HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN YET?
We do not send a confirmation of receipt after receiving your return.
As soon as we have processed your return , you will receive a notification.
As a rule, we need a maximum of 10 days to process your return.
After larger sales campaigns, the processing time may be slightly longer.
It is best to keep your postal receipt as proof until the refund has been made.
Order
1. MY ORDER IS DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE.
In the event of a complaint, please contact us by email (info@pumplove.de).
If you have received a defective piece of jewelry, please send us photos showing the entire piece of jewelry and the defect.
If you received a wrong piece of jewelry, please send us a photo of your entire order.
If your order is incomplete , please also contact us by email.
Don't forget to include your order number.
2. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION.
Please also check your spam folder if there is no email from us in your inbox.
If you still haven't received an order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact customer service (info@pumplove.de).
3. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
A Cancellation of your order is of course possible. We can only cancel it as long as it has not yet gone into production.
Make changes to the order: Unfortunately, an order that has already been placed cannot be changed.
If you have forgotten to put an item in your shopping cart, you are welcome to place a new order. We are also happy to cancel the entire order for you so that you can place it again.
4. CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS SUBSEQUENTLY?
If your order has not been shipped, we can change your delivery address.

Availability
1. WILL SOLD OUT CLOTHES BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?
Unfortunately, we cannot give an exact date for this as many different factors play a role.
It usually takes 4-6 weeks for clothes to be online again.
Payment
1. HOW SECURE IS ONLINE PAYMENT?
We attach great importance to your security when making payments.
Your information will of course only be transmitted in encrypted form so that third parties cannot read it. Your credit card payment will be processed by a specially security-certified partner.
